  • Beef Carpaccio - ruccola, Parmesan, crispy potato strings and truffle sauce
  • Caprese salad with mozzarella - tomato, basil dressing and balsamic vinegar
  • Brass creamy seafood soup - scallops, shrimp, cod, freshly baked bread and butter

Main course:

  • Fish and Chips - deep-fried Icelandic cod, parmesan fries, and Icelandic "Tartar" (gluten-free option available)
  • Oven-baked arctic char - capers, baby potatoes and fried vegetables
  • Beef tenderloin 200gr with creamy pepper sauce - baked potato, broccoli and pumpkin seeds
  • Chicken salad - blueberries, melon, radishes, spice cashew nuts and basil sauce (Vegetarian option available with Tempura cauliflower)
