  • Beef Carpaccio - ruccola, Parmesan, crispy potato strings and truffle sauce
  • Caprese salat - mozzarella, tomato, basil dressing and balsamic vinegar

  • Truffle burger - cheese, lettuce, truffle mayo and Brass relish
  • Deep fried Icelandic cod -  Parmesan fries and Icelandic "Tartar" sauce (gluten free option available)

• Salad with cherry tomato, grape , cured ham, croutons & balsamic dressing and parmisan cheese (vegan)
• Cured fillet of lamb, horseradish, terragon mayonnaise, mustard seeds & grilled bread

Main course:

• Grilled chicken breast, sweet potatoes, corn, chilli, white wine sauce
• Grilled salmon, creamy barley, local greens, Beurre Blanc
• Stuffed paprika, fennel pure barley, pickled appels, celeriac, fennel salad and dill oil. (vegan)

  • Pan-fried Arctic char with vegetable risotto and herb sauce. Artic char can be replaced with chicken breast or tofu
